Help me with my life , pleaseee!!!!!

my life is all so changed . no time left for me myself. after having baby, it is more busy and no time for going to take bath also. you wont believe it is now always 7 or 8 pm that i take bath daily. no time in the day at all. now also it is 5pm and i have not taken bath. my life is such , i am now tired . to do all the daily chores and then the baby, cooking man, i am now not able to manage. things are falling and i cant help. today my father - in - law cooked the veg and i made chappatis. it was a great help i tell you. i am so exhausted that i feel no energy in me. on top of it i feel frustating after looking myself not more than a servant with dirty clothes, messed up hairs , no bath, sweating and smelling like a dog. please, somebody please help me , please advice me something please share sme of your experiences also. its sickening now.
