Does using cosmetic products as Dark circle remover is good?

I have this question in my mind.I have problem of dark circle.I tried home made things.But it does not work.So thinking to use dark circle remover.
But is it good for eyes?
is those things has side effect.Which is the good dark circle remover?
Any suggestions may help.

Hey,
I have dark cicles too and honestly i havent tried anything yet. I have heard there is a product of garnier which is really good to remove dark cicles.
I havent used it yet so not sure how good or bad it is. So u better try it once and then decide.
Iam not in favour of using any thing artificial as eyes are very senstitive and i dont want to damage it in any cost.
