Do you know that flossing your teeth after every meal or at least 2 times a day will help you save your teeth from tooth decay? How about you? do you ever floss you teeth, how many times a day?

Well, you should try using a floss. You will feel more clean and it actually helps preserve your teeth. Sometimes, brushing your teeth alone cannot reach those areas in between the teeth were most food particles are lodged. Flossing can remove these food particles and in turn lessen the conversion of sugar to acid which is the most common cause of tooth decay.

To be honest I don't floss my teeth, I clean my teeth twice a day, and I occasionally use mouthwash, however the last time I went to the dentist, my dentist said my teeth were in good condition and didn't need anything doing to them, which is a relief! I know looking after your teeth is very important, and to stop the high dental bills coming in too!
