Is a Computer Science career enjoyable?

I am currently enrolled as a freshman at a highly ranked college majoring in Computer Science. I love working with computers, programming, and even the theories behind Computer Science (what is the best algorithm to use). I have two years experience (summer internships) already doing IT work, and am currently working for a aviation company making websites on top of being a full time student. I will continue to get summer internships / jobs because in my opinion experience is most important (plus I enjoy it).
Finding a career isn't the part that worries me; my only fear, which I assume for most, is sitting in a cubicle for 35 years typing away... I am a very sociable person, I like to have fun, mess around, and get the job done (something like Google would be a dream, but hard to get into). My question is, for people already in a computer science related field, is that fear reality or just Hollywood (Office Space)?
