Can congress really do something now???

Congress-it is the single major power in the cabinet at last--left is out now. can congress bring some changes now atleast. Can they control the bad economic condtion now, can they reduce the unemployment, can they do something really good and great for the people, for the society? After the election- the next day the share market zoomed like anything, many people were not able to trade because the market closed immediately(due to the abnormal rise of the sensex)- does that mean that the people of india have lot of confidence on congress. People sentiments are positive now,they are very confident-lets hope for the best. Wish u all the best-- i love my country.
