need help on proxy software - Ultra surf 9.4

Friends i have got this software for proxy and ip hide functions. Well i am very much satisfied with this. But i need a small help. This software use a port 9666 and ip 127.0.0.1 and this are U.S. california location's ip address. Now the question is I need to change this locations to another country like australia, China, japan or uk. Most probably uk. How do we get on from here. Please help friends this is urgent. As i feel my internet id is constantly under spywares. I need to configure the proxy software ultra surf 9.4 to different location..!tks in advance
