How to get into Oracle Applications Functional Consultancy ?

Hi All,
Can any of you share as to how can I enter into Oracle Applications Functional Consultancy ? I have skills in Oracle Administration and primarily Unix Shell Scripting and PL/SQL .

Apart from the programming knowledge you require domain knowledge also.

By domain knowledge I mean the knowledge regarding the module you want to do functional consultancy. If you are looking for functional consultancy in Finance domain, then you should have excellent understanding about the financial domain.
