Which is the best abroad college for studying computer science engineering?

I am looking for this answer.And also good for international student in case of fees.
i heard about Miit.But i dont find computer science at there.Whats your view.Please share.

The most famous universities that are strong in computer science engineering in the US are of course Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Stanford, UC Berkley and Carnegie Mellon University (CMU). Recently there are also many universities that have invested more in their computer science department and become competitive with those four giants, like UIUC, UC San Diego, Princeton, Northwest and many more.
