What you always rate people discussions and response?

Personally for the most part there is many of us who do not like giving our (-) when rating people's discussions. Many times we would rather not Rate someone than give out these. But there are times I have had to give them out to others when they either Spam us here in myLot, or people post something that is totally off the wall as well. If people learn to stick to the rules, etc. less negatives are given out for sure.

I will give somebody a negative if they respond to a discussion with a response that has nothing at all to with the discussion as that deserves a neagtoive but I generally rate positive. I wouldnt rate negative if I doidnt agree with the opinion of somebody tho that is wrong.
