Sunscreen... Do you use it?

Hot weather has finally arrived, and with it comes the sun rays and UV rays. We all know the dangers of UV rays, and going out into the sun unprotected. Yet oddly enough, despite the knowledge that not using sunscreen is dangerous, there are still a lot of people who don't use it. Personally I have two daughters, and they love going outside so much. Whenever there is enough sun, I make sure to liberally apply sunscreen. Since I am always putting sunscreen on the girls, I almost always remember to put it on myself as well. Sitting outside this morning, got me to thinking, How many of my fellow mylotters use sunscreen? Do you make your children use it?

During the summer in my home country I wear sun screen and so does my toddler son. My teenage son is able to apply it himself. I have got sunglasses and a sun hat for my toddler son. I put a shade over the top of the buggy he rides about in. I have been to Australia where I found out some people have skin cancer. The ideas are to put on a hat, slip on some factor 15 plus sun screen and wear having some clothing that will cover up. In my life I have got sun burned shoulders in Greece and sun burned legs in Hawaii. I am now far more careful with my skin and my children's.
