Scripture - John 19:38 - 20:10
Jesus was crusified, He died and has risen from death. Yhe cross and the grave is empty.
So many things happened to Jesus while He was on earth, and all because of God's great love for all human beings. So easily God could have send another flood to wipe out mankind for its sin, but He remembered His promise.
Instead of wiping out all of humanity, Only One died so all can live. God's only Son died. God hates sin and He said sin will not go unpunished. Instead of all being punished, God allowed His Son to be punished. Because He was punished for our sin, all we need to do is repent of our sin and believe that God does forgive because the price was paid. Only if we repent, shall God forgive, because repentance means to acknowledge that I did wrong, that I deserve punishment and also that I believe that Jesus has suffered that punishment on my behalf.
Unrepented sin is still unpunished, and shall be dealt with by God. No sin can stand before God because He is holy. No person with unrepented sin can stand before God in His throneroom. Only those who are holy, whose sins are forgiven, can come into the holy of holies, in the throneroom of the Almighty. Those who repent their sin, and keep on rpenting everytime they know they have sinned, those are holy, cleansed from all sin.
Be aware of sin, be sinsitive to the voice of the Holy Spirit who lets us know that we have sinned, and keep repenting. Keep on seeking holiness which is only from God.
May your live be a loving sacrifice, a sweet incense to the living and loving God who show mercy and grace.
Blessings
