What to do next?

I think paypal will send immediately your code yo your card statement.But the problem is it is hard to get card statement.Untill now i also dont get my card statement because in my term of my credit card,the company will send the card statement for every three month.I feel uncomfortable about this problem and will ask the bank which issue my card about this tommorrow.But the usuall case,all credit card holder get their statement for end of the month.I think you should ask politely to your credit card's company about this.But dont force them to print and give the card statement to you immediately because paypal will close your account if your credit card's company make a complain about what you have done(force them to print out the card statement).Paypal have a tight and hard laws about this.Maybe you can ask the company to acces your account card by online.I hope this explanation will help you.

Does it prompt you to confirm the card? If it does then you will need to wait for your credit card statement to get the 4 digit code on the description of the $1.95USD charge. The question I have in mind is- from which country are you based from? So that we can determine the rules on how to confirm a card. Just to let you know, the rules are different for some countries and that is why I am asking. Also, some banks are nice enough to tell you the 4 digit code but some dont so please do not force it from your bank.
