In our family, there are just two of us. My wife and myself. I go for work everyday for 9-10 hours and she is remains at home all the time. She does not like watching TV nor does she have so many friends or people to talk to. So, all the time she keeps thinking of me and waiting for the time when I will come back home. When I get 5-10 minutes late she gets angry. What should she do to pass her time. I would like to know if you people have the same problem. If yes, what do you do?

Hi cybersoft! Have you tried inviting your wife to join myLot? There are also just the two of us here and we both work. Everytime i come home earlier than my husband i log on to myLot and check on comments or respond to some while preparing dinner. I don't get bored waiting for my hubby since i discovered this wonderful community. Perhaps your wife could also try this and who knows, she may not even notice your getting home later than usual?

Yes, that's a good idea. I regret having not thought of it myself. myLot is a great community where you never feel bored. Thanx for responding and sharing your experience.

I would love to be able to stay home while my husband worked. Why doesn't your wife have friends? Does she like to read or does she have hobbies that she could do while you are gone? I enjoy many things that my husband doesn't and so I try to do those while he is gone. I enjoy this site and it would be a good idea to get your wife involved here.

She definitely need something to do. I won't suggest her to join MyLot, she might becomes addicted and ignore you
Anyway, introduce her to something new that she might like, for example a hobby or join a craft club (if she likes craft, if not, any club will do) If she has something to do, she won't be so agitate while waiting for you.
