I am having a fall wedding. My soon to be husband choose pink(yes he choose this). I am not a fan of the color pink, but I let him choose the color. I am coming up with blanks for decorations for the outside of the church and the inside. This is not a norma church. It is at a bed and breakfast. It has 16 pews and a stage for the bride and groom. It has double doors when you enter in. Outside as your watching up. You have to come in thru a metal fence with a gated door on each side(picked fence type). I am needing ideas to help to get this all to come together. Thanks.

I think pink will go a lot better with white and yellow. Pink, white and yellow flowers would be a good combination as decoration and boquet. I think white cloth would also look good white pink petals. Lucky for you that your husband to be chose the color pink. I really wanted to have a pink motiff but my husband to be wanted white so as a compromise we will be just mixing baby pink and white as a motiff. I even wanted him to wear pink tie but he does not like the idea so I guess he might have a pink rose as brooch.

well my co-worker is getting married in the fall and she is going to be using traditional fall colours (we are in canada) and they are shades of red, browns, and golds. maybe that is something you could go with. does it have to be bubble gum pink? there are lots of shades of pink.

If you're going with pink I'd do a more traditinal layout. It would have been nice to use some golds or oranges in there at least for the fall. My mom is a wedding planner. I'd suggest keeping it traditional. Decorate the gates with vined flowers, maybe some tulle and small arrangementts along the pews. I'd mostly just focus on not going over the top with it. I prefer unique themes and would love the fall flowers and leaves, but overall just go by trial and error. If you're planning on decorating on your own bring a close friend or family along for opinions.
