How do you deal with Body oder when it comes from stress? I have major stressed lately and it is resulting in a stinky body. I can shower and then be smelling rancid just a few hours later. It's never ending and I wish I could find a way to cure this. I am on medications for my stress issues, but I'm still stinking.

Apparently your medicine for the stress is not helping you. Perhaps you need to call your doctor and tell him/her that the medicine is not working. They can give you a stronger medicine or change it for you. Either way you need to tell them so it can be taken care of. That is all I can think of that will help.

Thank you for the advice! I think I do need to discuss this with my doctor too. It's rather embarrassing for me and there are many that are coming to assume that I don't properly care for my health and grooming over this. That sucks, because I do shower every day... and brush my teeth, it's just that not even an hour later I smell bad again. Really bad!

I understand, truly I do. A few years ago the doctor gave me a new medicine to take. It had the same effect on my body. It took me months to figure out why this was happening to me. I would smell like a homeless person that had not bathed in 3 months. The sad thing is It would be like that just barely 10 minutes after I had gotten out of the show or a long soak in the tub. I tried so many things to stop it, vinegar in my bath. I'd scrub until I took the top layer of skin off. I tried lemon on my skin and in the tub, even baking powder, body scrubs of all kinds. Trust me I tried it all. The only thing that worked was when I stopped taking that darn medicine. But it did not happen all at once, it had to wear off over time. I got less and less stinky as time went by. This is why I say to talk to your doctor. I do wish you the best on this. I do know what you are going through dear and it is disheartening.

Maybe it would help if you could keep yourself cool - by running your wrists under a cold tap every now and again. It might help.
