Something has been bothering me, I think about the issues everyday; I eat and I don't eat right like always skip breakfast and lunch... But I think the main reason that makes me get a lot thinner is because I'm unhappy all the time, even if I ave a great meal and I eat a lot, it doens't do anything to me...
How about you? Do you lose weight when you are unhappy? What makes you getting thin?

Hi mermaid...I wish I had that problem - unfortunately I eat more when I'm unhappy or stressed out about life in general so I gain weight - I don't lose weight. Either way letting stress affect your health is definitely not good so I suggest you think about the cause of your unhappiness and try to work on that before you let your health get too bad. Feel better!

Hello mermaidivy,
When I am unhappy, I will eat more - just to make me forget about my problem. Because of that, I won't put down weight as I tend to over eat especially junk food. I love cheese cake very much and whenever I feel down, I will go and look for cheese cake - sometimes more than a slice
I can easily put down weight when I am in a happy mood as I always worry about extra kilos that I would gain if I eat more than I should...
