Did the ending lived up to your expectations ?
To me the ending was a little crappy..After all those years of hyping Voldemort..I think he was killed to cheaply..and the so called death eaters went down to the students so easily..What you think about this ?

Well I liked the way it ended... It could have been the only ending...
I feel so... Many of her fans had begged her not to kill Harry...And may I remind you that it is for young teens or young adults... So I guess she had to maintain this "Good wins over evil"... fearing people would call her a Satan Worshiper?... Lolz...
And when did Voldy turn to a wimp? Though yes, he could have acted a bit more evil when Neville came to protest against his rule. and he could have done better than hiding in that whatever tree was there..I forgot... and waiting for Snape to bring the wand...

Throughout the first six books and especially in books 2,4,5 etc the author had portrayed Voldemort as the most dreaded wizard. With the antagonist's magical skills being regarded in such high honor even by some of the wizards like the wand-maker,Dumbledore etc.,the ending is a bit tame. The only reason I could think of is Voldemort underestimated his opponent and that brought his downfall. His ignorance of some branches of magic could have aided his downfall.
