cheese and ghee

DO you use cheese and ghee in your foods most of the times? i dont use cheese much other than a small swipe on my bread for sandwich.thats it.i dont use it anywhere.ghee i use it for my kids but not for adults.i dont think we have to use them at all.but sometimes to get that kick of taste u need them.so i strictly trying to use them wherever they are needed.how about u?
