Do u think abmachine really works? well i bought it may be 2 years before never got time to use it though.i seriously want to use it and need opinion whether it works or not.thank u.

if your goal is to have flat or firm abs.? it only works if you rigorously follow loss weight diet...

I don't know about the one you have, but I have the Ab Lounge and haven't gotten any results. It doesn't even feel like anything, I could do the exercise on it forever and there is never any burn to it.

Which kind did you buy? How much was it? Where did you get it? You won't know if it works until you try it out! Then let me know so I can get one if it works. My stomach needs some super flattening fast!
