Do you like vada?

Vada is a south indian tiffin item. The speciality in its preparation lies in the way it is prepared. It should as crisp as possible and it should not be hard at all. Hard vadas do not taste good. It is normally served with chutney and sambar.

I like Vada = the meduvadai- soaked in Sambar!! Slurrrrrrrrp! If you have good Masala Vada - the other one- made with Chana/Tuvar(Arhar)Dals witha dash of Urad seasoned liberally with grated onoins, coriander and curry leaves- weel it should be injested with Chutney!! Again, Slurrrp...!!!
