Walmarts chicken enchiladas.

A few weeks ago I went to Walmart and I needed an easy dinner for a night I would be gone and it was up to the Hubby and kids to make a meal. I got these fresh chicken enchiladas in a cream sauce that were so good. I was wanting to make some up but I have no idea how they got all that flavor into a cream sauce. It was 6 enchiladas, corn tortillas, diced chicken, in a cream sauce that was like a cross between cream and sour cream served over a bed of spanish rice.
Does anyone know how to make a meal like that?

I haven't made them, but many chicken enchiladas are made with a sour cream sauce that is flavored with chicken broth and green chilis. There are lots of recipes online for chicken enchiladas. I think most use the sour cream sauce, but there are some that use the red sauce. I think for chicken I prefer the sour cream sauce. I haven't seen anything like that in our WalMart. I'm going to have to go look again and see what they have. It sounds wonderful!
