Have you made a will?

It's something that I've been putting off for years, but now I've made a will. It's one of those things that you know it would be sensible to do but you keep thinking you'll do it in the future. I've heard of quite a few people who have died without making a will and those left behind have a hard job sorting everything out, often resulting in families falling out. So what about you - have you made a will?

No I have not but I absolutley need to. You just never know what can happen from day to day.
I keep putting it off. and don't really know how to go about getting one done.

That's the thing - you don't know what's around the corner, but it's easier not to think about it. My partner and I went to a solicitor, but you can download forms from the internet. I went to a solicitor because I was worried about getting it wrong. I'm in the UK, but presumably it is different in other countries.

So if you download it off line and fill in the information then all you have to do is have it notarized and that's is all.
See I am in the US and I don't even know how to go about doing any of it.

Search online to see if you can get any information on how to go about it.

I once told my fiance what I wanted to happen to all of my stuff. I was real specific. But I haven't ever wrote it down or nothing. MAinly because alot of people don't make wills at 21. But no one is guaranteed tomorrow and thats one thing I think about alot. I dont have much but I do have things that would have to be taken care of if I were to be gone tomorrow.

Well, I'm 49 now, so have been putting it off for a long time. I think it would be a good idea to write it down, it would make it easier for him at a difficult time.
