How long does it take you to finish a checking book registar?

I'm on the last page of my checkingbook registar that my bank gave to keep my account balanced. I got it in August 2007 and it should be done in July or August 2009. So, it took me two years to finish it. How long does it take you? What do you do with it when you're done?

I don't use a normal check register. I just print mine off and use it for two weeks. I don't write checks. I only use cash and my debit card so everything clears the next day. I use only bill pay but it post immediately. But 10 years ago when I did use one it didn't take me long maybe 6 months or so. I spend alot of money.
