I am fair skinned and would fry if I were to sit in the sun without sunscreen. I use at least 30 spf. Even darker skinned people should use sunscreen to block the UV rays from doing damage. Skin cancer can be deadly. Protect yourself.

Wrinkled skin - being out in the sun too long gives you the old leather skin look
I avoid sitting in the sun and have seen the affects it has on the skin, horrible wrinkles and as tough as leather. I do hate being so pale though, so once my white sun reflecting legs come out from their winter tights I do slap on the fake tan and feel a whole lot better. I will put sunscreen on my face as this is the first to go!
