So pissed off, what should we do?

A friend and I have resigned a few days ago because of too much office politics and we couldn't stand with the attitudes of some individuals especially the double-faced-back-stabber Director. What pissed us off when an ex-workmate informed us that the new team now is blaming the old team (us) about something. It's quite frustrating and unfair since we're no longer there and couldn't fight for ourselves. Why can't they find a solution instead of blaming us, right? If you're in our shoes, would you confront the new team? Or is it a useless action and it's best to just let it go? Afterall, the company's problem is non of our concern anymore, but they are making us look inefficient where according to the ex-workmate the clients prefer us to them.

Owing all mistakes to ex-workmates is so common in careers. You must be accustomed to it. Don't think too much about it. After all you've left that company and what has happened in it doesn't mean anything to you. Forget it. Refresh your heart and find a better job!

You resigned and you must have had good reasons to do so but as regards the people left behind blaming you for some problem all I can say is what did you expect? Of course in that sort of company it is bound to happen. I have had 40 years of management experience and I can tell you the environment in a company always comes from the top whether it is good or bad. So this is an example of bad management

Oh yes, really bad management and people are resigning! Maybe I'm being too sensitive because I felt like we have sacrificed a lot to that ungrateful company. Thank you for reminding about what to expect.
