Are you slacking while your boss is not here?

If your boss taking a week vacation off work, would you be happy? Most of us definitely would. Would you work as hard as your boss was here at work, supervise everyone's progress? Or you might want to slack a little, while that is a perfect opportunity. Go with a human nature, I might not work as hard as my boss was there, but I will finish my assignments before my boss is back to work. How about you?

My boss goes abroad so often, every month he might be going out for 3 to 20 days but he leaves plenty of work for us. I am very happy when he goes because no one bother about anyone and we can absent ourselves for 2 or 1 day without he knows as we are all generous toward each other. We or I always finish my work before he comes and then no problem at all.

I wish we could slack off a little while the boss is gone or even get a little down time to cath up , but we are always busier than usual when the boss because our agents call and email us when they cant reach the boss
