Saturday cleaning?

I tried out my new hoover today does that count lol i don't have a day for cleaning because for me it's simply just a day where I feel well enough to tackle it but I really do need to srubb the bathroom i know that. I'm no where neer as efficent as I used to be *sad*

I should be recaulking our shower today. Just too hot here to do much of anything so will skip it..lol I do have have a cleaning lady twice a week but she doesn't do the real detailed work. That's left for me and I do it when I get around to it. So my decision was to join a friend for lunch and do nothing. Awww, my kinda day.

I do some cleaning on the weekends that I have off. But, my hubby is unemployed and he cleans the house while I am at work. This is wonderful. Many of my clients have certain days that they prefer to have certain things done. Monday for a few is laundry day. But, when they have soiled linens during the week I will do an extra load. They will tell me that laundry is done on Monday, but I do it when it needs to be done.

U WERE VERY SMART TO GET UP & DO THAT. When i worked i did most of the major cleaning on my days off. Since i don't work anymore i just do it when i feel like it.

As a dedicated house wife I am on a permanent mission to clean the house.I clean my oven about every two weeks ,the fridge and freezer gets cleaned as soon as it shows any muck.I hoover nearly every day but I must admit to being a bit lazy with the bedrooms but they do get a good clean once a week.My bathroom and kitchen gets a good go most days that way it never really gets mucky,I suppose two hours a day keeps my home clean.All the same it still gets mucked up with my husband and son,trawlling through but thats life.I clean the insides of my windows once a fortnight.The windows are cleaned once a month by a window cleaner.Washing and ironing is done every other day.It seems to keep me busy but I still go around friends and have them in.When my grandchildren come over they turn the house upside down but it does not phase me,I am house proud but it is still above all a home.

You do really have great ambitions to do a housing responsibilities jillhill... I will say that i'm doing that only once in a month. But my wife do fell the burn inside her every weeks regarding dirty stuff in house to clean.

I have to do little every Day which drives me mad lol as I want to do it in one go like I used to But I just can't anymore when I try I end up sick lol so I had to adjust But I used to do mine on a Saturday and Sunday as I used to work full time all week so I would only do the basic during the week

I do it bit by bit, Jill. But most of the time DIL does it for me...he he he..I just rest when i come home from work; eat and then sleep. Perhaps she knows that I need to rest my body and mind from work. But when i can spare the time, I do it little by little. Today the walls, tomorrow the windows and then the next day the floor...
