Well, to be honest, I always cram. When there was an exam, I usually study an hour before a particular exam if that exam is a minor subject. But if it's my major subject like differential equation, calculus or geometry, I study a day before. And most of the time, I didn't sleep and study the whole night. But I admit that cramming isn't effect for me. Happy posting

Sometimes, yes, I do when the subject is just easy and it will just
take memorizing. If it's a hard subject, I usually start studying
two days before and then review just the day before that exam.

yup!.hehehe.. I do cram. I think your course is engineering? Anyway, going back to the topic, I think cramming is common to students like us,hehehe..except for those studious person, but i doubt if they didn't experience any cram during their schooling times even once.
Well, for me, cramming is sometimes effective in answering exams and sometimes not, effective because, it's fresh in your mind and you really need to take note of the terms because it's your last chance to review. And not effective because due to time constraint, you can't scan all your notes and too bad if your memory is not that good.. Anyways, i think cramming is only for emergency?. And not to be consider as a habit.hehehe..^^ happy mylotting to you

In high school all I did was cram since I thought hanging out with my friends was a lot funner than studying!! Somehow it worked for me then and I was able to do really well. When I recently went back to school it was a shock at how much time I was going to need to study and after never having a habit of doing anything but cramming it took some getting used to but I finally have got it down! There have been a few times that things have come up and I have not had the time to study so I had no choice but to cram the morning of the test. I have found that I have a much easier time and I am a lot less nervous when I have taken the time to really study it and let it sink in otherwise I am a nervous wreck and will freak out on some of the easiest questions.
