I am around 85 kgs at the age of 50. What is the weight losing program I can do. Here in Bangalore, we are seeing a lot of ads regarding the weight loss and gaining programmes through some medical supplements. Do you think that this is a successful method to reduce the weight. what else the other method to reduce the weight immediately

what is your height, then only we can decide whether you have to lose weight and how much should you lose.Since you are at the age of 50,you can eat less fatty foods.Include atleast two vegetables daily. Losing weight suddenly by means of modern techniques are not long lasting, also you feel very week. steadily losing weight by means of dieting and exercising are only long lasting and healthy.

From my experience, weight loss supplements are often a scam and usually trick you into spending a lot of money for only temporary or non-existent weight loss. As many of the other posters have said, diet and exercise are crucial, but I might add that you strongly consider just walking as an exercise. Most people think of lifting weights or running when they think of exercise, but I personally lost 25 pounds by just walking, and eating healthy. It's good for the heart, and is really underrated. Try it.

Herbalife is the best weight loss product I've known. Aside from the benefits we get, herbalife can take care of our body's wellness. My mom was a stage 4 cancer patient 2002 and she is now a survivor because of herbalife. If you want to know how to get this product just send me a message.

The best option is still good diet, exercise and healthy lifestyle. This is also good for women your age, as they help reduce risks of common illnesses that go with age. I am overweight at 42, and I do aerobics at home at least 3x a week, I do this after office and before going to bed. I haven't tried diet supplements, but I did try slimming tea which didn't work for me. I'm scared of diet pills although there are times when I'm tempted to have them. I am still contemplating. Happy myLotting!

Based on personal experience, you can try limiting your intake of food that are rich in carbohydrates, exercise everyday or do a 2-hr brisk walking, avoid salty and fatty foods. Drinking medical supplements cannot guarantee success in weight-loss. Exercise and proper diet is still the key to successful weight-loss.
