Autocratic manager is a one man rule, a tyrant person.
What do you do if you can met this person in the office?
Are you going to be flexible and adjust to what he is?
Speak of what you think is right for you? Will afraid of
him or not? Why? Happy sharing views to everyone here.

Morning, genius tiger,
If I had to share my office with such a person, I think that it would be very awful to me as well as to the rest of the staff in the office. But there is one thing that he has to be hardworking as he is the example to the others if he has to be that tyrant. I don't think that I will be afraid of him as I am not young. Sometimes my age doesn't allow me to be afraid facing people of this kind. I just dislike a person with such a personality. I love those easy-going ones like me. lol.
