plain water or alcohol?

i clean my PC every other day with alcohol. It does not only disinfect, i feel the unit is cleaner than plain water. Since, my room is not AC, the dust tends to be visible very often so i really have to keep the PC clean at all times. What solution or liquid do you use to clean your desktop or laptop?

I use plain water with the help of small amount of soap in terms of cleaning my personal computer, and it helps to clean my computer, to maintain the freshness and odor of the computer.
