I mean in yahoo answers your points are deducted for asking a question
Is there some kind of that thing here?
Like deduction for creating a discussion or creating a discussion that has no replies?

No. The only time your posting number will go down is if one of your responses or discussions gets deleted due to guideline violations. As long as you stay withing guidelines, your number will not go down.
Creating a discussion will add to your post count (your number next to your name) if you get some responses, but will not go down if you don't.
Also try tagging your discussions properly so people can find them and respond.
