He did make a mistake by not answering Zach's call because then he would have learned that Zach though the wife had done it. This might have led him to find out that Randi had left the room and come back and that someone else could have been there.

All this new murder means is that they are FINALLY going to reveal who killed Stuart. Even soaps won't have 2 murders going at once! Thank goodness! I am so tired of the current murder. They make them so complicated and drawn out that by the time the culprit is revealed... we don't care anymore!!!But yeah, that was cool what Jesse did.. is Randy really prego? Or was that just a cover? And of course...in the end Jesse will get "caught" for what he did and will probably leave the force. The truth always comes out. I hope he doesn't have to leave, he is good at what his role is. And I was kind of getting to like Randi too.

You know it's going to backlash on Randi though. Eventually either Madison will get caught or it will end up unsolved though.
