Would you consider total make over just to be yourself?

I know that there are lots of cheaper treatments available today and having cosmetic treatments to enhance your beauty is a lot acceptable in the society. However, would you still care to do that even if there are hazards in doing so? Share me your ideas as I am considering a liposuction soon. LOL

having a make over isn't that bad especially if you can afford it.Ü though i just heard a news last night that someone got an infection after having a butt augmentation. it's very risky. you can try losing weight and having a healthy lifestyle i know you can do it, beside you have incredibleDNA.Ü

yes, i've heard of that too. the famous Belo Medical group is in controversy again. Oh well, I may try to consider those hazards but I would also like to try the natural way of having perfect body

I love myself the way i am, i don't even wear make up any more. I think people are beautiful naturally, they just have to know how to bring it out. Usually when person is very healthy they will look better just because they are healthy. I started eating very healthy and lost those few extra lb i had. i started working out and i have good muscle tone. my skin got healthier too so i have no need to use any cosmetic or have a surgery to look good. you can find a healthy alternative for almost every food, so you don't have to sacrifice eating cheese just because it has too many calories, just find raw cheese that doesn't have trans fatsame goes for almost every food

try finding a health food store in your area, they usually have healthier alternatives that will not cause you to gain weight. if you can find raw cheese you'll be able to cut on trans fat. trans fat is the one you should really stay away from because body doesn't use it and leaves it just in case. also instead of regular oil, use cold press oil, it has no trans fat but don't use it to cook, it will ruin the oil. if you like frying food use coconut oil to fry, it doesn't turn into trans fat when heated. also try to eat as much raw food as you can, for example when i make soup i don't cook vegetables any more, i make broth and then throw tomatoes, carrots and other veggies into it. body likes food that is natural, it digests it easier. once you cook food it's harder for the body to digest it and use it up, so it stores it just in ase. also you might want to eat smal portions every couple of hours. we use a lot of energy to digest food, so if we eat often, then we'll use more energy to digest.
