Ms Word Document to HTML codes

I have a ms word document. I want to convert it to a html file. After converting it to html, I want the html codes.In ms word , u can select "Save As WebPage".The source code of that is very complicated. I need very simple codes. For example, If the word "Online" in ms word document is bold, I need the html code for bolding that word. Is there any free software or any site from which u convert it online or any other methods.... Please guide me.....
