What the heck is a "critical thinker"?

I think it's when a child is filling his/her diaper and they get that look that they are thinking real hard maybe it is similar to a critical thinker?I dummy.

A critical thinker is one who is able (usually through training) to evaluate an issue from all sides and draw appropriate conclusions. Each bit of conversation is considered a transaction and analyzed from that point of view. Possible outcomes are considered, too. It isn't anywhere near as complex as it sounds.
