Hi Anjali!
Whatever duties and work is allotted to me, I try my best to dispose it of as early as possible. For me 'work is worship', it is, therefore, I do not mind if my performance is evaluated by my seniors or colleagues. If they are doing it and they find that there is further scope of any imporvement, I would immediately accept their suggestions.

Yes, I agree with you that till we are told about our shortcomings, it will be difficult for us to improve. However, in an organisation, you will find that there are some persons, who keep pointing your mistakes unnecessarily, these kinds of persons are not good for you. Please be patient, when you are working, do not bother what others say, just concentrate on your work and please try to do the assigned tasks with honesty and sincerity, your work will speak on your behalf. you are very much true that we should not go away from our responsibility and should look forward to grap the opportunity that comes to us that also include the judgement part as well. untill unless you will be judged how you will be able to learn the way to go about the things but, i dont know i dont feel comfertable speaking to some one who is knowingly judgeing my speaking style and the my knowledge and and back comment on it

I don't like it too, but I guess, I cannot escape from it. It something that will occur in many things especially related to our job. Somehow, thorough checked from others, we can increase people work performance, and that's why company really encourage it, where they put a scale of performance for every employee. What more frustrating is, if you work your heart out and still the person who got the recognition is those who don't work as much as you.

yes you are right that no one can escape from it and has to go threw all this untill unless any one left supirior to me. it is really bad but its ok let them do what they want.

Hi anjalisharma, I have no qualms being judged by my seniors if the case demand their supervision. Everyday is a learning process and only through those who are more senior than us can we extract some fruitful information and knowledge. Once I reach their level of competency then my voice is heard as then we will be equal in rank and file.
