Ponting pointless

Hello All,
Aussies criticize sachin for playing selfish cricket. Now ask ponting to play as before when hayden warne mcgrath gilly were around but he cant, ask him to win matches as before ponting is a very good player but not a great player as sachin, lara and will never be. Even kallis scored 30 centuries is he a great player never be. Ponting is eating his own dirty words. Down down Aussies for there attitude very happy today.

Well Ponting does not have a great team like he did in the past. McGrath, Warne, Hayden, Martyn, Langer, Gilchrist and others who have retired were legends who helped Australia win many matches. Now that they are gone, Australias weaknesses are being exposed. But you cant really critisize Ponting for all that is happening. New players take time to settle. Ponting has not dropped his game even in these circumstances, he still plays brave cricket and is still scoring runs.

NO, you can't say the captain was playing selfish.. That too when they almost won their first match..
A captain can never play selfish..
pls Don't underestimate a legendary player with one or two test matches...
He's certainly gonna make another strong team.. with another bunch of legends for the next generation of Australian cricket!

Ya. Me too.. They deserve this... Showed too much attitude when we they were in peak.. Now that they are totally exposed.. Its nothing but hayden n gilly`s work that they sustained all these days.. Now without them they are equal to non test playing nation. lol
