Why this SOB Ajmal KASAB is getting royal treatment in civil courts he is a terrorist and waging war against my India so he should be handed over to the military and prosecuted.......Oh sorry ! I am expecting tooooo much from these congress govt

The problem is that if a country hands people over for summary court martial and likely execution it is lowering its standards of justice which is the hallmark of a civilised society. Despite the serious provocation we should never lower our standards to those of the terrorists who seek to destroy our democracy and our standards as civilised nations.
