I have been using my Panasonic digital camera to take many video files of my baby, but I did not know how to view the video files in my computer, as Windows Media Player does not support .MOV files. Hence, my video files have been kept in my computer for long time, but I have not view them.
I just found out a way to watch the .MOV files. As I do not prefer to install the QuickTime player to watch the .MOV files, we can actually install the QuickTime Alternative to watch the .MOV files with our Windows Media Classic player.
Just want to share with you all, if anyone wants to watch .MOV files with their computer without installing the QuickTime player.
Here's the download link: http://www.free-codecs.com/QuickTime_Alternative_download.htm

Hello my friend kaka135 Ji,
Seeing you after much gap. In this respect, we both are equally involved, as I was intermittently away from internet, due to hospitalisation of my elder son, who met serious accident on 27th April and I along with my hubby were at the hospital initially. Now your baby must have grown and keeping you engaged all the time. So nice of you for up-dating technology.
God bless You and have a great time.

Hi there, it's been long time didn't hear from you.
I feel so sorry to hear about the incident of your son, hopefully he's getting better now.
Yeah, I'm busy spending time with my baby, but I still have some time to go online when he's sleeping.
All the best to you and your family.

I haven't tried the Quicktime Alternative. I'm using Media Player Classic and it practically plays everything. It's like an old Windows Media Player but with the latest codecs. Windows Media Player needs Klite codec (...which includes the Media Player Classic) to be able to play other file types. VLC Player is ok.
