How do you cope with the pain of losing the person you love very dearly? Three decades of being married and all of a sudden you find yourself alone. You feel devastated to the point that you can't sleep, you have no appetite, can't even think straight. How can someone deal with such pain???

This is something you deal with day by day, hour by hour or even minute by minute is that is what is needed. There is no one magic solution for this situation. It just takes time.

LOL, one day at a time friend... Life continues and it does get better. See a movie, plant some flowers, read to the elderly. Do something to make someone else feel good.

I've never lost anyone that I've known for that long but I would think it's like losing a parent, you fall apart, grieve, and then learn to live one day at a time. Your life is never the same but you learn to go on. There is a saying I remember...God never gives you more than you can handle. **AT PEACE WITHIN** ~~STAND STRONG IN YOUR BELIEFS~~
