Recently, I've been writing about this topic on aromatherapy that utilizes the natural healing powers of essential oils that is known to contain several useful and therapeutic properties. Just to get a major consensus, I am interested to find out if any of you here actually opt for alternative medicinal approach, given that more and more synthetic medications are being developed. Does home remedies or any other alternative medicine remain an option for you?

I do have some kind of home remedies that I will resort to till now. Some kind of small method which I find it very useful, in compare to just the advanced medication. We have essential oils at home too, and I will have different type of oil to be burn as a alternative to keep ourselves in good health.

Indeed, the aromatic essences released by essential oils are a great way to relieve yourself from stress, especially after a tiring day at work. You can also use it in many differetn ways, such as adding it to your bathe water, or massaging, to experience its full benefits.

Dear abby, I used Eucalyptus aromatherapy oil for sinus / flu. Once my husband was down with flu, I put a few drops of Eucalyptus oil into the water / air purifier to cleansed the air and killed the bacteria. My mum like to boiled lemon grass for bathing. It is very refreshing especially for tired body or those who are just recovered from sick. Thanks and do hope to hear your views on my latest topic of discussion
