Why aren't freelancers given due recognition for their profession?

What's the difference of working as a freelancer and a full-time employee in an organization? Ask a banker and he'll have thousands of questions to ask you before he even considers giving you a loan. Why this disparity? After all, freelancers too make money and show it in their savings account, and pay their dues asa and when needed, so why differentiate between a freelancer and afull-time employee? Any suggestions anyone?

Actually for my part i like the profession of freelancers. Maybe my opinion is different from others. Freelancers are free to do what they like. But along with this kind of freedom this profession has kind of unstability. So they earn much money sometimes and little sometimes. From the perspective of the bank, they must consider safety. They don't want to endure to loan. Maybe it's a long time before changes can happen. I think in the future things will be much better.
