What can you say that you really know?

I was talking with a friend a couple of days ago when this topic came up. What is it that a person can be certain about? My first reaction got us laughing because my immediate replied was, "the only thing I really know is that I am - you may be just an illusion". Seriously though folks, what is it that you can truthfully say that you know, except "I am"?

I can really state that I know nothing, what I think I know is an illusion of my existence. The older I get the less I know, we live in a world of constant changes and our perception is limited to our five senses until we start to allow the unseen to come into our lives.

I know psychology, and I know the history of my homeland from the Colchis era to now.
