What precautions are needed for reducing weight?

I think that people that are on a diet need to work on their mind first. I have been trying to lose some weight for years but didn't realy wanted. first you have to realy want to lose weight. secondly, I belive that the weight on the body is equal to the weight on the mind, so people that are over weight need to work on their main problems, need to talk about their problems. good luck with your diet.

i have to say skipping ropes is a pretty good idea for your tummy, it helps you hop and also helps your hand exercise too... it is a very nice option when you don't hav the time to out jogging or swimming... just take care you eat nice and don't ever go dieting when you are exercising, that is so not recommended...
