Discussion about the situation of Indian Aviation which it is facing now.Indian Airlines making huge loss and reducing their manpower.Many Pilots, Co-pilots, Trainee Pilot, Cabin Crew became unemployed.Also many have got a notice to cut on salary by upto 40%.On other hand they are hiring Expats and paying them more than an Indian Pilot or other crew are paid.
