Hi friends, I forgot to change my paypal address from the old one to my new one. My old one still exists but is frozen and I can't receive money from anyone. Yet mylot has paid me out. Is my money lost or should I just contact the mylot staff? Please help me and cheer me up :(

I went thru the same type of problem Mylot will wait until the money is returned, you'll then have to provide the right e mail address. You should change it in the payment info now, they will pick up on it. But this may take 6 weeks to straighten out! tdemex

Yeah, as mydiana said the payment should bounce back to Mylot. Or at least, that is the way I understand the system. I could be wrong. Why did paypal freeze your account?

To mydiana: I am not sure to blame it on being a journalist, or just plain rudeness; but I tend to ask the questions, no one else is willing to voice out loud. To the querent: So basically, paypal looked for an excuse after realizing that you were underage when you signed up. That just blows, doesn't it?

Got in a very small debt. When I was about to pay the debt they already froze my account. While filing a complaint they found out I was yet to reach the age of 18. A few weeks later they claimed suspicious transactions and put a stop to all incoming and outgoing transactions. It doesn't surprise me paypal is also known as gaypal.

If your account is frozen then your payout will not go through to your account. You should contact myLot and explain your problem. You might have to wait a bit longer to receive it but it will not be lost. Next time be a wee bit more careful eh?

Ok, I'll contact them. Having to wait a bit longer is no problem for me. It's just that I would feel really sad when I won't get my reward ( can't really call it my earnings, 14 dollars)

Won't= wouldn't. Not mentioning this mistake would mean my post sounds pretty threatening to me.

I have actually had this happened to me, but not through mylot. If you contact paypal directly through phone, you might be able to get your money transferred to your new paypal account or maybe whatever happened the paypal demonstratives might be able to help you out with this since its not directly with mylot its through paypal just have them transfer your money around for you. Hopefully i was able to help have a great rest of the day mylotting.

You should have it in that paypal account and be able to transfer it into another paypal account namely your new one. Make sure you change your paypal address on MyLot asap if you havent done this already! I think it might be useful to inform the MyLot admin of this as they may be able to reverse the transaction and pay it into your new account. I hope this helps! Happy MyLotting!

The problem is that I haven't received the money because my account is frozen which means that it is not possible to make transactions of any kind. Meaning that your solution is not going to help me out, I am afraid. Thanks for your response!!!
