Is joomla the best tool for webpage creation?

well i don't know if it is the best best one but yes it s a very good one. i used it for quite some time and i was very happy with it. there are lot of options to customize and that is what is more important. you can do a lot of things to it. and also there are lot of add ons available in the market. Even drupal is a very good one.

A friend of mine who designs webpages says it is the best but I personally think just using Word is best, I have made mine with Word even though I was told you can't and even my friend has told me this but when I have been with him when he is doing his own webpage he doesn't seem to have the overall freedom I have with my webpage...i have suggested a few things but he comes back with that he can't do the things I suggest in joomla so I don't understand how people think it is so good when there is so many limitations...
