I wanted pierced ears so bad. There was no way I was going to put those things in my ears that you pushed every day to puncture your ears. Going in to have them pierced was way to expensive for me. So. . . my cousin pierced my ears. She did a beautiful job. Better than those who had it done by a so called professional. First of all it took a massive amount of ice cubes because my ear lobe was completely frozen by holding the ice cubes to my ear. From then she marked the spot she wanted to put the hole. Then she took a rather large darning needle and pushed it through and put the earing in. I used peroxide every day to clean my ears and have never had a problem with them. She had them perfectly centered and it didn't cost me a dime.
