Pizza recipie

I love making pizza at home! I usually buy the dough in the refrigerated section of my grocery store. I let it sit out of the fridge for about 15 minutes before working with it, and that helps it to stretch out a little better. I oil my hands and the cookie sheet if I am baking it in the oven. Then stretch it out and put toppings on it. My favorite is barbeque sauce, some grilled chicken and cheese. Then bake til the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. If I can, I love to put it on the grill - it comes out even better! You have to grill one side of the dough first, then flip it and add the toppings and grill the other side. I wouldn't use the microwave for the pizza - they tend to cook things unevenly, so that might explain the inconsistency with the crust. Good luck!
